Our own TSSA-licensed technician runs the line, connects the appliance and fires it up. Most hookups take a couple of hours.
Every line is leak-tested and tagged. As a registered Enbridge contractor there is no inspection for you to book.

It depends on how far the line runs from your meter and how it gets there — a short run along the same wall is a quick job, a run under a deck to the far side of the house takes longer. We give a firm price after a quick site look, and the price we quote is the price you pay.
No. Renato's is a licensed gas contractor in good standing with the TSSA and a registered Enbridge contractor. Our technicians leak-test and tag every installation, so there is no separate inspection for you to book.
Yes. Bring home the range, dryer, fireplace, water heater or BBQ you want and we'll run the line, connect it, test it and make sure it fires properly. If you haven't bought yet, call first — we'll tell you what to look for so it hooks up cleanly.
For most Ottawa homes, yes. Natural gas is usually the cheapest way to heat here, a high-efficiency gas furnace burns far less fuel than an oil furnace, and you get rid of the oil tank and delivery schedule. We handle the Enbridge application, the new service line coordination, the furnace and water heater, and the start-up.
No. We work in Ontario only — Ottawa, Nepean, Kanata, Barrhaven, Orleans, Gloucester, Stittsville and the surrounding area.
Usually we can fix it. We repair Hayward, Raypak and most other gas pool heaters, and in most cases the repair is done on the spot. If parts are gone or it isn't worth fixing, we'll give you replacement options on the same visit.
For hookups and BBQ lines we are usually at your door within a day or two, and most jobs take a couple of hours to half a day. Conversions are scheduled around the Enbridge service line. Gas emergencies get a response 24/7.
