Richmond village has natural gas; the surrounding concessions toward Munster and Ashton are propane. We do both, and we’ll tell you which you have before quoting.
Older Richmond homes on oil or propane can switch to Enbridge gas — furnace, water heater, range and BBQ on one new service.
The newer Richmond builds come with gas: BBQ stubs to finish, dryers and ranges to hook up.

In the village and the new subdivisions, yes. On the surrounding concession roads it's mostly propane. Call with your address and we'll confirm.
